  • Assist with blog content

  • Design mailshots (email marketing)
  • Design Website Banners
  • Design Branded Merchandise

  • Selecting and branding of customer give-aways/gifts
  • Ensure Website up to date
  • Monitoring and Maintaining Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Assisting with Trade Show arrangement
  • Assist with Validation of Donation and Sponsorship Requests

Technical Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to instruct both customers and our technical and sales teams. This candidate requires a strong knowledge of TCP/IP in general and practical experience with wired, wireless and VoIP technology. Previous technical training is an advantage - We will however also provide the relevant opportunities to reach certified trainer level.

You will need a solid technical aptitude and be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Provide certified product training to our customers
  • Coordinate all training events
  • Internal staff training and general skills improvement
  • Create product video content for the web
  • Provide advanced technical support to our customers
  • Investigate further training opportunities within our market
  • Product research and development
Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Ability to address training needs with complete courses
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Industry standard qualification in either Electrical or Network Engineering (i.e. CCNA, N+, Mikrotik, UBNT, VoIP)
  • Proven experience as a technical trainer is an advantage
