Certifications

We embrace a culture of continued learning and encourage our sales and technical teams to consistently improve their product knowledge. In order to acknowledge individual effort, we have designed a merit system with which to show-case a team member’s technical skill level within our company. These badges are attached to email signatures for customers to reference.
We have 3 skill levels which are all linked to product certifications:

Level 1: Associate - All Entry Level Product Certifications including N+
Level 2: Specialist - One Advanced Level Certificate
Level 3: Professional - Two or more Advanced Level Certificates

Product certifications remain valid for 3 years.

LEVEL 1 Certified Associate
Network + Associate Successful completion of official CompTIA certification and is accredited with a Network+ Certificate.
Ubiquiti Certified Associate Successful completion of official Ubiquiti certification and is accredited as a UniFi Network Specialist (UNS) and Ubiquiti Broadband Wireless Specialist (UBWS).	MikroTik Certified Associate Successful completion of official MikroTik certification and is accredited as a MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA).
LEVEL 2 Certified Specialist
Ubiquiti Certified Specialist Successful completion of official Ubiquiti certification and is accredited as a UniFi Network Specialist (UNS) and Ubiquiti Broadband Wireless Specialist (UBWS). In addition the holder has also completed one Advanced Level Ubiquiti Certification.	MikroTik Certified Specialist Successful completion of official MikroTik certification and is accredited as a MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA). In addition the holder has also completed one Advanced Level MikroTik Certification.
LEVEL 3 Certified Professional
Ubiquiti Certified Professional Successful completion of official Ubiquiti certification and is accredited as a UniFi Network Specialist (UNS) and Ubiquiti Broadband Wireless Specialist (UBWS). In addition the holder has also completed at least two Advanced Level Ubiquiti Certifications.	MikroTik Certified Professional Successful completion of official MikroTik certification and is accredited as a MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA). In addition the holder has also completed at least two Advanced Level MikroTik Certifications.
