Ubiquiti's AFI-ALN-R features a tri-band radio with 4x4 2.4GHz and 8x8 5GHz 802.11ax (WiFi 6) radios optimised for Wi-Fi 6 performance. The third radio (4x4) can be enabled to enhance the performance of 5GHz 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) devices. These radios deliver 7685Mbps total capacity and 16 spatial streams from a single unit. For larger areas, additional AmpliFi Alien Routers can be meshed together to extend coverage.
