Ubiquiti's UXG-FIBER is a desktop 10Gbps dual WAN, independent gateway which features 1x 10Gbps SFP+ port, 4x 2.5Gbps LAN Ports, one with PoE+ (802.3at) output as well as 1x SFP+ and 1x 10Gbps Ethernet WAN ports.

It can be configured and managed with a Cloudkey, Official UniFi Hosting, or UniFi Network Server.
