Ubiquiti airMax AC

The airMAX AC series is designed for high-performance outdoor Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-Multipoint wireless applications. The radios are based on WiFi 5 (802.11ac) technology and offer higher wireless transmission rates than the legacy airMAX M series. All airMAX AC products running in access point mode are backwards compatible with legacy hardware. The airMAX protocol is a proprietary technology that improves overall link performance. It is based on Time-Division-Multiple-Access (TDMA) and prioritises voice/video packets as well as active clients to significantly improve speed and latency. In addition, certain radios feature airPRISM technology and GPS synchronisation to assist with interference mitigation. All airMAX radios can be integrated with the UISP mobile app and network management platform.
