In-Branch Collections

All orders that are paid in full are ready for collection. If you selected EFT as your payment method this will need to be verified by our team before we are able to dispatch your order.

Local Courier Services

When selecting one of our third-party courier services, your order will be dispatched the same day if your payment has been verified and the order is placed before 12:00 PM. We use two couriers to provide the best possible value based on your order size and location. Scoop Distribution's Terms & Conditions for engaging the service of our appointed third party couriers are contained within our Terms and Conditions.

      • Door to door service for smaller parcels

      • Maximum limit of 30kg per parcel

      • Freight is automatically calculated based on the number of parcels and your location

Delivery times

Fastway is a next day delivery service. You will receive a tracking number directly from Fastway once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and can be tracked here.

      • Door to door service for larger orders

      • No limits on order size

      • Freight is automatically calculated based on volume or weight and your location

Delivery times

We make use of their economy service. You will receive a tracking number directly from The Courier Guy once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and can be tracked here.

Major Centres 2-3 Working days Transit times vary by major centre
Outlying Areas 3-5 Working days Transit times vary by area

International Orders

Several options are available for our export customers based on their location. All orders are only dispatched or made available for collection once payment reflects in our bank account.

      • Collection - In-store collection or arrange your own couriers (Includes VAT)

      • Namlog Couriers - Scoops third party provider (Excludes VAT)

      • Export Freight - For areas not supported by Namlog. We will provide you with a freight quotation from a provider that services your area. (Excludes Vat)

      • Freight is automatically calculated based on volume or weight and your location

Delivery times

Your tracking number is included on the last line of your tax Invoice which you will receive once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your order can be tracked by contacting their offices via phone or E-mail.

Export Freight

For all other SADC countries, our Sales Team will provide you with a freight quotation from a provider that services your area. Alternatively you are able to select the Collection option at checkout, and arrange your own couriers.

Insurance:

All orders dispatched with Scoop’s selected couriers are insured for their full value. Should anything unfortunate happen to your order while on its way to you, please reach out to our team for assistance.
